Q: How does pricing work?  
A: Dialogue telemedicine is priced as an unlimited-use per-employee-per-month subscription.  For each subscription purchased, one employee (and his/her immediately family) can register on the Dialogue service and will receive unlimited access to medical professionals each month.  The first month's payment is pro-rated to the percentage of the month remaining when the subscription is purchased.

Q: What can Dialogue telemedicine treat?
A:  Approximately 70% of medical concerns can be resolved virtually through telemedicine. Because Dialogue adheres to medical best practices, we only treat problems we can safely assess and treat via telemedicine. When an in-person assessment is required, we provide our members with white-glove support to help book or navigate to an in-person appointment.

Q: How long after logging into the Dialogue app will my employees receive care?
A:  Our simple, easy-to-use app allows members to access care quickly and securely.  Members are immediately greeted by either a simple questionnaire or a live care coordinator to describe their health concern.  After assessing the concern, members are connected with the appropriate medical resource immediately or booked for a later appointment - whatever is more convenient for the member.
